Dear Seniors and Parents
Believe it or not, it’s time to get graduation caps and gowns, tassels, graduation announcements and your Senior 2024 swag ordered. Seniors should have received a graduation packet that was handed out during a graduation meeting held within the past few weeks.
Option 1. Order your cap and gown as part of a graduation announcement and celebration package. Choose and click option 1 below.

General Information Announcement–Duchesne County School District
FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) this fall, According to a FEMA press release found on its official website.
The national test will consist of two portions, testing WEA and EAS capabilities. Both tests will begin at approximately 12:20 p.m. MT on Wednesday, Oct. 4.
The WEA portion of the test will be directed to all consumer cell phones. This is only a test with the purpose of ensuring that systems continue to be an effective means of warning the public about emergencies, particularly those on the national level.
Schools will attempt to keep the interruption at a minimum while maintaining a focus on engagement and learning.

Parent Teacher Conference Thursday, Sept. 28th 3-6:30pm

The Samsung Solve for Tomorrow contest is back! Its open to all public school teachers in grades 6-12. You could win a $100,00 grant for your classroom. Deadline is Oct. 27th


The 7th-8th grade Field-trip is quickly approaching. We are going to STEMfest this coming Wednesday, September 20th. The bus leaves at 7:50am and we will be back around 4:30pm. Students will need a ride home from the school after the field-trip. If your student doesn't plan on attending, they need to be parent excused for the day.

SENIOR REMINDER: The Daniels Scholarship is due in 2 weeks. Get your application in asap!
The Daniels Scholarship Program helps make college possible for motivated students from Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, allowing them to attend the college of their choice. Daniels Scholars receive financial and personal support, plus a new laptop computer. Scholarships range from $30,000 over four years to a full ride, depending on college choice.
